Ingredients

3 c. sliced, peeled apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of ginger and nutmeg
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits (any kind)
3 packets Equal or Sweet 'N Low or to taste
Preparation

Mix apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Pour mixture into a nonstick 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking pan.
Top with biscuits.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
Invert.
Sprinkle with sweetener (can also use cinnamon).
Serve warm or chilled.
Makes 8 servings.
