Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 frozen blintzes
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sour cream, orange juice, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place blintzes (seam side down) in pan.
    Pour cooled mixture over layer of blintzes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Should be golden brown on top.
