Pepper And Rice Timbales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. finely chopped green or sweet red peppers
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    In a medium pan, combine water and bouillon granules.
    Bring to boiling.
    Add uncooked rice.
    Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Stir in chopped pepper.
    Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
    For each timbale, spray one 5 ounce custard cup.
    Immediately pack the rice mixture into the cup.
    Invert onto a serving plate.
    Remove cup.
