Creme De Menthe Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 Oreo cookies
    40 large marshmallows
    1 c. milk
    8 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
    2 drops green food coloring
    2 drops peppermint flavoring
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Crush cookies until fine.
    Melt marshmallows in milk in top of double boiler; cool.
    Add creme de menthe, food coloring and flavoring.
    Fold in whipped cream; mix well.
    Put half of cookie mixture in bottom of 9-inch cake pan.
    Add mixture, cover with rest of cookies.
    Freeze.
    Keeps for several weeks.
    Do not thaw before serving.
