Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
Then add flour, cinnamon, salt and carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Mix cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar.
Add vanilla and pecans.
