Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (1 lb.) vegetable steaks
3 Tbsp. oil
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Drain steaks and cut into 1/4-inch wide strips.
Brown strips in oil.
Add mushrooms and onion soup mix.
Heat to boiling.
Put the flour into the sour cream and blend.
Combine with first mixture.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Yields 6 servings.
