Mae Shea'S Red Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up in serving size pieces with skin removed
    1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation
    Wash and cut chicken into serving size pieces.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Add catsup, minced garlic and chopped onion.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is very tender and gravy is thick.
    Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Serve over cooked rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
