Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 eggs (unbeaten)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
Mix the corn oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, then add the pecans and apples.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
