Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 flour tortillas (large)
    2 chopped tomatoes
    2 c. lettuce, chopped
    1 pkg. fajita spices mix
    1 can pinto beans
    sour cream
    salad dressing (Ranch or Catalina best)
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add fajita spices to taste.
    Heat beans.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Put flour tortillas in ovenproof bowl and fold edges upwards.
    Put small ball of foil in center of tortilla to hold it down, if necessary.
    Heat tortillas for 10 minutes or until crisp.
    Layer in tortillas in this order:
    meat, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
    Top with salad dressing of choice.
    Serves 4.
