Easy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 large cream cheese (room temperature)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pour butter and milk over potatoes.
    Mash.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix with cream cheese.
    Bake covered for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
