Ingredients

1/2 c. rice flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. oil
1 large egg
3/4 c. oats, blended until fine flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 c. rice milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and drop onto oiled skillet. Cook until golden brown on each side.
