Oven French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes (medium to large)
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Peel and cut potatoes like French fries. Put margarine on flat cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet in oven for 3 minutes to melt margarine.
Put potatoes on cookie sheet. Toss to coat with margarine.
Bake approximately 1 hour, turning potatoes every 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
