Candied Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 tsp. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg white
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix together egg white and water, then beat until frothy.
    Dip nuts in egg mixture, then cover with cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
