Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained, or cook your own pinto beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
In bacon drippings, add onion and parsley and cook until tender.
Transfer to a 3-quart casserole dish; add crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients, except cheese. Mix well.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Can be served over cooked rice.
Also, seasonings can be increased if you desire spicier food.
