Lisa'S Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1/2 c. home made sweet pickle juice
Preparation

Cook corn bread mix according to package direction.
Let cool.
Crumble the cornbread and set aside.
Combine veggies and toss.
Mix pickle juice and mayonnaise together.
Mix all ingredients together and chill at least two hours before serving. Serves 10.
