Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Sunnyland pecan pieces
    20 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    unsweetened whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff.
    Add sugar slowly.
    Add crackers, pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into well buttered pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool 1 hour.
    Top with unsweetened whipped cream.
