Barbecued Ground Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, sliced
1 c. green peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Melt fat in skillet, add meat and brown slightly.
Add onions, peppers and seasonings.
Cover skillet and simmer about 30 minutes.
Serve on split buns (6 to 8).
