Maligne Lake Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf unsliced day old white bread
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cream
chopped nuts and cinnamon
Preparation

Trim crusts from top, sides and ends without cutting through bottom crust.
Cut down center of loaf lengthwise, then across, into 10 or 12 cubes, not through.
Cream together margarine or butter, brown sugar and cream.
Spread creamed mixture between, all around and on top of cubes.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon.
Bake uncovered at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes in foil lined bread pan.
May be frozen.
