Spring Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen peas or fresh thawed
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped, fresh cauliflower flowerets
    1/4 c. diced scallions
    1 c. chopped cashews
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. crisp cooked, crumbled bacon
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (prepared)
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 small clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine veggies.
    Mix dressing, mustard and garlic.
    Pour over salad; toss.
