Beef Cup Snacks(Makes 10 Snacks) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pack biscuits (10 in pack)
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef in frying pan; drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce, onion and both seasonings.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
    Separate biscuits.
    Place each one in bottom and up the sides of a greased (use Pam) muffin pan.
    Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cup.
    Sprinkle each with grated cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serve warm.
