Fried Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deboned chicken breasts
    flour
    4 eggs
    8 c. water
    Tabasco sauce, salt, red pepper, garlic powder, chicken seasoning
    1/2 gal. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into desired pieces and season thoroughly with dry seasonings.
    Dredge chicken in flour.
    Combine water, eggs and Tabasco sauce in a large bowl.
    Mix well until eggs are beaten. Place chicken in water mixture.
    Let set for 30 minutes.
    To obtain full flavor, let mixture set in refrigerator overnight. Drain water from chicken and dredge in flour again.
    Place chicken in 375\u00b0 oil until golden brown.
