Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) roasting chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. Season-All
    1 carrot, cut in pieces
    2 stalks celery, cut fine
    1/2 medium size onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Split chicken through back and leave the breast whole.
    Put in baking pan with breast side up. Stuff with celery, onion and carrot.
    Add enough water to cover bottom of pan. Bake about 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Before chicken is done, add all seasoning and a can of cream of mushroom soup, diluted with water.
    Baste again and continue to cook about 15 minutes or until done.
