Diana'S Golden Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 regular size muffin cups or line with paper or foil baking cups.
    Combine dry and wet ingredients, mixing only until just blended. Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
