Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery; add cabbage.
    Cook and stir until browned.
    Stir in tomatoes, beans and water.
    Season; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer.
