Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. diced onion
    16 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and put in ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0, uncovered. Serves 10 to 12.
