Chestnut Falls Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    lemon pepper
    Mrs. Dash
Preparation
    Cut raw chicken into bite-sized pieces; place in a buttered 9 1/2 x 11-inch dish.
    Saute vegetables in margarine.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add seasonings.
    Cover and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven. Serve over wild rice.
