Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh cranberries
1 Rome apple
2 c. sugar
2 c. red grapes, each quartered
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Grind cranberries and apple.
Add sugar and let stand overnight.
(If you use white grapes, add them at this time so they can absorb the color.)
Add grapes, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip and chill.
