Old-Fashioned Strawberry Soda - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 drops red food coloring
1 c. ginger ale, chilled

Preparation

In a blender container, combine first 5 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Add ginger ale and serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
