Tarragon Chicken(Serves 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 c. sesame seed
2 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. parsley, minced
3 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
-
Place chicken in shallow dish.
Pour buttermilk over chicken, cover tightly and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Pour off buttermilk and discard.
Dry chicken with paper towels.
