Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of mixer until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Mix until just blended.
Drop 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
