Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of baking soda
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into hot oil (2 black skillets or 2 pans). If making one pan (half recipe), still use 1 egg. Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown. Serves 12. Can freeze.
