Elizabeth Mingo'S Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift together 4 dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and vegetable oil.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes in loaf pan.
