Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
1 white potato, diced
1 c. raisins
1 c. fruit (peaches and pears) or 1 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
