Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
    Then add carrots and dry ingredients and mix.
    Place into hot loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
