Scalloped Corn And Hamburger With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can creamed corn
Preparation
    In frypan, brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Place sliced potatoes in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons water. Shake 1/2 teaspoon salt over potatoes.
    Put hamburger and onion mixture over potatoes. Spread creamed corn over.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
