Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 stick butter
    1 stick margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    3/4 c. pineapple (crushed) with juice
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream Crisco, butter and margarine with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each egg.
    Add flour with baking powder and salt, mixed one spoonful at a time, with milk.
    Add teaspoon of vanilla; mix well.
    Stir in pineapple with juice and blend well.
    Place in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
