Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 can creamed corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix oleo and eggs together.
    Mix sugar, salt, pepper and both cans of corn with oleo and egg mixture.
    Add corn muffin mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
