Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Layer in pie shell, half the Mozzarella, sausage and remaining Mozzarella.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sausage and mushrooms can be used together.
