Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red sweet peppers
    6 green sweet peppers
    8 hot peppers
    2 medium cabbage
    12 carrots
    12 medium onions
    12 ears corn
    1/2 c. salt
    3 pt. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cut corn off 12 ears of corn.
    Grind the first 6 ingredients; mix together.
    Add corn.
    Add salt.
    Let set for 2 hours.
    Squeeze all juice out.
    Then add to remaining ingredients.
    Do not heat. Mix together.
    Fill jars and seal.
