Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. quick rolled oats
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Put butter in a bowl and let stand until soft.
Beat well. Add sugar and mix well.
Add water, vanilla and cocoa and mix. Add oats and mix well.
Shape into 36 balls.
Refrigerate overnight.
Roll balls in confectioners sugar.
Store cookies in the refrigerator.
