Make Your Own "Cream Of" Soup Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. instant beef bouillon (low sodium, if desired)
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. crushed dried thyme
    1 tsp. crushed dried basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Store in airtight container.
    To make 1 can of soup, combine 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cups water in a small saucepan.
    Cook and stir until thick. Add celery, mushrooms, etc. for the type of soup you are substituting.
