Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. soda
1 egg

Preparation

Combine flour, salt, cornstarch and soda; mix well.
Add water and egg; mix.
Dip dry fish into batter to coat well.
Deep fry in hot oil.
