Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food color
    1 oz. water
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda dissolved in 1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add other ingredients except soda and vinegar.
    Beat for 2 minutes, then fold in soda and vinegar mixture.
    Do not beat after adding these.
    Bake in greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 until cake tests done.
