West Texas Venison Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 rib celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, cut in rings
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    wide noodles
Preparation
    Cut venison into serving pieces.
    Put in bag with flour, salt and pepper.
    Shake venison in bag and brown in oil.
    Place in crock-pot.
    In same oil, saute celery and onion rings.
    Add to crock-pot.
    Cover with tomatoes.
    Use more if needed.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or more. Or may bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over wide noodles.
