Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. jam
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into three round cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
