Cheese In Pumpernickel Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
    1 (10 oz.) Wispride cold pack sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. beer
    1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut off top of pumpernickel bread.
    Pull out pieces of bread until only the shell is remaining.
    Leave pieces out a few hours until they get crusty.
    Combine cheeses, beer and garlic.
    Blend with mixer.
    Fill shell with mixture and surround with bread pieces.
