Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 large can Pet milk, chilled overnight and whipped
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and vanilla.
Then add to the Jell-O and water mixture prepared according to directions on Jell-O box.
Fold in whipped Pet milk.
Pour cheesecake mixture into graham cracker crust and chill in refrigerator.
