Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oats
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, combine first 4 ingredients.
Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Cool completely and store in tins, separated by paper doilies.
