Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot tap water
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil or margarine
    1/4 c. honey or sugar
    2 Tbsp. active dry yeast (or 2 pkg. 2/3 strip)
    7 to 8 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
    Add water, milk and oil and beat for 2 minutes.
    Add enough flour to make kneadable dough and knead for 10 minutes.
    Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down.
    Divide into loaves.
    Let rise until no more than doubled.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
