Biscotto Di Regina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
    Sift together in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in with pastry cutter or two knives until pieces are size of small pea the shortening. Stir to make a soft dough.
